We've been getting a lot of visitor-supplied questions lately -- which is great. Means more folks are visiting our site and are able to understand the process of creating an account and posting a question (not that it's tough). That's definitely a good thing.
Unfortunately, we're left with the task of answering these questions since there still aren't enough folks flowing through the site to see the questions and answer them in a timely manner. Most questions are pretty easy to answer, but some take a bit of work.
Now, ideally, someone from the property would monitor their forum and answer the questions themselves -- I mean, who knows the property better? But -- I fear that we're going to get some property folks who are going to post their direct phone number and/or webpage address. Is that ok? In the long run, yeah, probably so. Hopefully the original poster, and anyone who might have found our site and is reading the discussion online, will decide "Hey, this is where I want to book the stay". But...well, one never knows....

I'm actually more concerned about links to porn sites and other non-relevant and potentially objectionable content. But since the upcoming redesigned interface will allow "Digg-style" comment voting, I'd hope that the community will zap inappropriate links pretty quickly.
